Our US REIT Strategy seeks to provide current income and long term capital appreciation through investment in a diversified portfolio of equity securities of US real estate companies.
The portfolio typically invests in 25-35 companies actively engaged in the ownership, management and development of real estate. We emphasize investing in high-quality REITs where the underlying properties are located primarily in supply-constrained markets. The portfolios are normally comprised of 80% long-term core holdings and 20% tactical positions. Our investment style is value driven and combines top-down/bottom-up analysis. Our investment themes and stock selections are determined by fundamental company and property sector analysis.
